Service promises

  • One service engineer will be stationed for 30 days to cooperate with on-site operation.
  • Between the second and sixth month after equipments are put into operation, one service engineer will be dispatched to project site to enquire operation condition of equipments every 30 days.
  • After equipments are put into operation for six months, a telephone return visit will be paid to enquire operation condition of equipments every 30 days; one service engineer will be dispatched to project site to understand operation condition of equipments every 3 months.
  • Free quality test of raw water and product water will be provided at least once each year. If equipments really need reconstruction due to great change of raw water quality, we will provide reconstruction design and consultant services for free.
  • 24-hour service can be realized in China, when on-site service is needed, technician will reach the site in 24 hours.
  • No fee will be charged for domestic service
  • Spare parts and chemicals will be normally supplied at preferential price in long term.
  • Emergent spare parts will be sent to the site in 1~6 days.
